yay for april! that means yay for easter!
for those of you that don't know yet... easter is totally my FAVORITE holiday ever.- right behind my birthday, of course.
so i've decided to devote the whole month of april to it :)
heres the first week(end) of cupcake making... for the week of 3/30. (which means first batch around 4/4). that gives you about a week to think of ideas and submit them!
some inspiration:
something springy
something that will look totally deliche in my cute new easter cupcake liners that char bought me :)
and something that gets everyone in the mood for spring! (cuz i'm ready for no more snow!)
happy almost spring! (for us coloradans...) :)

man, im bad at this. but, just to preface, i didn't come up with this idea on my own. so... i dunno if you wanan use it or not. but a cute idea would be to make the cupcake look like a nest. you could use coconut to make it look like straw and put some sort of animal inside the nest, like a baby bird or something. you could also make the cupcake look like a field of grass with green icing. use that tip that makes the textured look. (i cant remember which tip it is but im sure you know. i took a cake decorating class so i do know what im talking about a little! hahaha)

i was thinking you could make a cupcake that is shaped like an egg and decorate it with crazy colors and patterns. that would be fun too!

oh i forgot to say that on the green field, you can put eggs or anything on top. i mean, its grass. anything goes on grass!
